Mercredi, nous avons invité le copain de Lenny, Ewan, et sa petite soeur Ruby. Ce sont les enfants de la gentille copine qui m'a récupérée "en morceaux" chez le médecin la semaine dernière après ma chute. En Angleterre, j'invitais souvent des petits copains de Lenny mais il est encore petit pour comprendre. Maintenant qu'il a grandi, il comprend bien et attendait l'arrivé de son copain devant la fenêtre. Lorsqu'il les a vu arriver, il m'a prévenu et était tout content!
Comme il faisait beau, en Irlandais cela signifie qu'il ne pleuvait pas, nous avons fait jouer les enfants dans le jardin, pour qu'ils prennent l'air et se dépensent... afin de faire un gros "dodo" le soir! Après l'effort, le réconfort, je leur avait préparé un petit goûter "semi-équilibré", c'est à dire des fraises... avec de la chantilly!
On Wednesday, Lenny and I invited his friend Ewan and his little sister Ruby to come over for the afternoon.: They are the children of my lovely friend who picked me up at the GP practice and took care of me after my ankle accident last week. In the UK, we had invited many friends but Lenny was too young to understand. But this time, he was really excited and was waiting for them looking at the window. When they arrived he called me with a big smile!
As the weather was nice -or at least not too bad- the kids had a nice play in the garden, running after each other and throwing themselves on the grass. We wanted them to have some fresh air and burn a lot of energy to sleep well that night! Then we treated them with a "semi-healthy" snack, that is to say strawberries... and dairy cream!
Pas facile d'avoir les trois enfants qui regardent tous l'objectif et sourient!
It was not easy to have the three of them looking and smiling at me to take the picture!
