La nouvelle crèche / The new nursery

Voici l'entrée de la crèche, comme vous le voyez il n'y a pas d'enseigne sur la porte car il s'agit d'une crèche que l'on connait de bouche à oreille. Nous sommes vraiment ravis et surtout rassurés d'avoir trouvé, totalement par hasard, cette petite structure car Lenny a été inscrit dans trois crèches différentes en moins d'un an. Il est donc préférable pour lui d'être avec peu d'enfants et surtout avec des auxiliaires puericultrices qui le connaissent bien et s'attachent à lui plus facilement et rapidement.

Here is the new nursery, as you can notice, there is no sign which says that it is a nursery, because it is a "word of mouth" nursery. We are so pleased and relieved that we have found, totally randomly this small structure, as Lenny has been to three different nurseries in less than a year. It is better for him to be surrounded by a small group of children and to be taken care of by nursery carers who know their children very well.

Une auxiliaire puericultrice formidable / A fabulous nursery carer!

J'ai entendu Natasha avant de la rencontrer; en effet, prenant le déjeuner dans mon jardin le jour de notre arrivée, j'entendis une dame chanter des comptines anglaises à des enfants. Ces derniers chantaient en coeur et avaient l'air de bien s'amuser. J'ai alors pensé: "Mais quelle mère peut trouver le temps de chanter à ses enfants et d'entretenir un magnifique jardin?!" Le lendemain je l'ai rencontrée en personne et j'ai su qu'elle était une bonne auxiliaire puericultrice car elle s'occupe et connait les enfants comme s'ils étaient les siens. Nous ne la connaissons seulement depuis deux semaines mais je peux déjà affirmer que c'est l'une des auxiliaires puericultrices les plus chleureuses que Lenny ait rencontrées en deux ans.

I heard Natasha's voice before actually meeting her: indeed, I was in my garden having lunch (what else could French people do in their garden when it's sunny?!) when I heard a lady singing nursery rhymes ("ring a ring roses") to children. Straight I thought: "what a good mum who is singing so well to her kids. How can she manage to sing to her children and look after a beautiful garden?! "

Then I met her in person being told that she is the nursery carer, I knew from this moment that she was a very good carer simply because from what I heard, she plays with and looks after the children as if they were hers. Having been to three nurseries, I have met lots of carers and I can say, although I have known her for two weeks only, that Nathasha is definitely one of the warmest carers Lenny ever had ;-)
